D&B Template Upload

Just wondering what Oracle recommends for enriching Oracle supplier data.  When I was at Open World Oracle Development was recommending D&B.  Now my D&B reps are stating they can only delivery enriched Oracle data using an 11i template.  Doesn't D&B support the R12 upload template.  Please advise what Oracle does recommend for supplier enrichment 3rd parties.
