Has anyone implemented inventory transfer ST/OT?

We are trying to setup the proper way to transfer finish goods form factory to warehouse. We've been doing some testing to review the journal entries and the workings of transfer. The journal entries of the transfer itself all make sense, but after recording a final sale from the warehouse it looks like COGS is being hit twice.

Does anyone else have this implemented?
