Project Number field in material transactions table

Hi,

We are on 12.2.3 and use project mfg.We pick from locators that have the project and task segments enabled.

We have sales orders that have the project and task number on it .During picking we pick from non project/task locator to a project-task locator(same as what is on the SO) .This transaction gets enabled to be transferred to Projects.

We have been seeing a number of instances where the SO pick transaction as described above has the flag transfer to projects as Not applicable.There are fields Project Number and To Project Number,Task Number and To Task Number in the mtl_material_transactions table
