SQ part item generation

hi

When I release a part quantity from an SQ, the SQ quantity doesn't get updated.

FOR EXAMPLE, AN ORDER WAS RAISED FOR 27144.

I converted 10008 to SO but the qty ordered  doesn't get reduced in the SQ to the open qty . Can you please tell us why
