Access PS instance from Oracle cloud?

Has anyone been able to create an instance out of DEMO images hosted in Oracle Cloud marketplace and access it succesfully?

I was able to create an instance for HCM PUM 19 successfully and is up and running.

But unable to access it after forming the URL, as mentioned in the help documentation. Though I'm able to ping the public IP, I cannot access the site. Any ideas please?
