Golden Gate FlashBack With Restore Point

Hi  Gurus,

I urgently need help  with the integration of   database restore points  with  integrated replication.

The environment is running Oracle 12c DB and  Oracle Golden Gate 12.1, the issue that we are facing is that every time restore point is restored . The replications abends , the process that we follow is the following

1.  Replicat is stopped

2. Restore Point is taken

3.  Changes are made  to the target and  once application changes are tested and are fine ,  the restore point at the DB level is restored .

4. But the replication abends

I understand that  Integrated replication  maintain checkpoints in the dirchk, so was advised to move it and then add the replicat again with extsequence and RBA number but it didnt help either. SO we were told to add handle collision but this further worsen the situation.
