Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 12.1.3 EAM workorder custom status to system status mapping change

We are live in 12.1.3 version for 2+ years.

We had 5 custom status defined in which 4 of them were mapped to system status = Unreleased.

Currently the business team wanted to change the system status to Released (for 4 of the custom statuses).

From the frontend, these are not possible as the field is grayed out.

We've considered below options. Please review and provide us your best recommendations.

1) Open the custom status "Awaiting Planning", Go to Help > Examine, change the system status id from 1 to 3 and SAVE.

Log back and check- the system status is changed to Released.

This will not impact our Firming or other functional areas as we are moving to system status one level above.
