Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can you please advise what patch is required to improve the performance of 'Update Standard Cost' requests, seems its mentioned in below note

"Also check that the code levels are current as there might be performance patches that are required."
