ERROR " You can not import more than 1000 rows each time, Please reduce the number of rows to import

Hi,

latest test:

import 99 rows  ok

then import 200 rows ok

then import 500 rows ok

and then impor 1000 rows ok!!

but notice 1000 first time doesn't work!!!

we are facing issue with import 1000 rows from excell to form JDE,  I set WEB RUNTIME Grid Row Import Size =5000 but not work import yet...I can import 99 rows only!

rarely can export 5000 rows, and import 99 rows only   and I need import 1000 rows..!

are there another setting  from WLS?
