Approval of Service Orders.

Dear All,

We are on R12.

Can anyone please let me know regarding the approvals of work orders in organizational heirarchy.

For example if the technician make the service order in any status so it will go for the approval to his supervisor, later on proceed with repairs activity.

Kindly need your inputs in this regards
