Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When creating an Equipment via P1701, no CM contract is generated.

After creating an equipment we normally get the window where we see the contract and the base warranty dates but none is shown;

what can be the issue?
