Multiple lines Print Invoice

We are trying to Print the Invoice having 4 lines in an order,

when we Print the Invoice it is showing all the 4 lines, but it should show 3 lines by sum up the 3 and 4 line as shown in below table, because everything is same for 3 and 4 line number. Somebody can help us?
