Statement Print report never ending when Credit Sales Analysis report run

Hi All,

Recently we have upgraded our JDE E1 from 8.12 to 9.2 on new servers, now we are facing some issues. when we run R03B525 it calls other reports R03B5005 > R03B20 > R03B5001 so the last report of print statement is never ending and keep generating empty reports. what could be the reason and where that last report version is defined?

2nd issue we have with R03B500X report when we run for some specific customers it runs fine and fast but when we run it for specific business unit it takes 40 to 50 minutes to finish. it should not take more than 15 minutes as compare to old system 8.12.
