Regulatory fields in E1

We have a regulatory requirement where we need to have several fields maintained within E1 pertaining to license information. Eg : License number(Customer,Supplier, Manufacturer, Registration Number, Validity Period, QA related fields : Inspection result, name of inspector, date of inspection and acceptance.

Do we have any out of the box standard tables which we could use for this?
