Tax Code updated in AR by Autoinvoice

Is there any possibility that Autoinvoice updates the Tax code automatically in AR Interface(ra_interface_lines_all)? Because we have a Sales Order where we used one tax group e.g. ABC and under that there are two tax codes e.g. X and Y. In Sales Order for that tax group ABC, tax code X was derived and used but when we imported that Sales Order in AR via Autoinvoice we have tax code as Y. So, I want to know if Autoinvoice automatically updates it or any other condition which updates it automatically?

We are on R11i (11.5.10.2)
