Get Value at PreSetFieldValue via Run time event

Dear community,

I would like to ask if there is a scriptless method in order to take the value of a field at PreSetFieldValue event from a runtime event.

More specific:

1) I have created a workflow.

2) I am calling the above workflow at PreSetFieldValue event using Run Time Events.

3) I would like to pass in the workflow the new value which is going to be set (something like "FieldValue" at BusComp_PreSetFieldValue of any business component).

Is there any way to achive the above?
