Purchase Order:Item Branch Record does not exist

Hi All from Anne!

i'm trying to enter a purchase order with line type S, but i got an error message "Item Branch Record does not exist".

I checked F4102 and P41021 and i found the record Item/branch.

can you kindly suggest what can i check in addition in order to fix this issue?
