Created new site number has overwritten the other already existing site number in a different organi

Hi,

I have got 2 child organizations (A and .

- A org. using the 2353 site number.

- I have to created a new site into the B org. and the system automatically created the same 2353 site number.

The new created site number (which is in the B org.) has been overwritten the already existing site number in the A org.
Now my B org. is working properly but the A. org has doesn't have old ship-to, bill-to. It seems swap the all details. If I remove the 2353 site number in one org. than it will remove it from the other one too.
