Siebel ORACLE_HOME missing whene upgrade Oracle 11g to Oracle 12c client on windows server

Hi All,

We are currently on Siebel 8.1.1.11 and planning to upgrade to Ip 16, but we are having the below challenges in doing the same;

1- When we upgrade the oracle client to 12c from 11g we are loosing all the oracle_home of exisiting installation. In this case we do not see any oracle_hom in universal installer thus we cannot un-install also.

2- Earlier oracle_home used to be stored in vpd.properties, but from 8.1.1.8 onwards there is no vpd.properties, can you please share the location where the Oracle_home are stored now in windows.

I was not able to find orainst.loc file in windows.
