MSSQL Datasource for Siebel App Server on Linux

Hi.

We have Siebel Enterprise on Linux Platform (RedHat 6) and Oracle 11g Database.

And now we need to create External BC based on external MSSQL database. Is it possible?

We have just installed freetds driver and checked it with isql command. It works fine, but we have no idea how to register this ODBC for Siebel.

<SIEBEL_HOME>/sys/.odbc.ini    -   Shoud we make changes in this file? How exactly we can do it?

Or changes in .odbc.ini are not neccessary and we should only configure Siebel Enterprise Profile?

P.S. Our main problem that external DB is MSSQL, not Oracle.
