When will the ACA downloads for JD Edwards World be available for Reporting Year 2016?

When will the ACA downloads for JD Edwards World be available for Reporting Year 2016?  I recall that last year, they were available during the second week of December; will they be ready earlier this year, in anticipation of earlier 1095-C and 1094-C distribution and filing deadlines?
