Tax Round off not working on Foreign Currency

HI,

We have tax rounding problem. rounding rule is working fine for LKR Invoice but It is not working for USD Currency (Other than ledger currency)

For example : LKR Invoice amount 100.50 and tax is 13%. System is calculating tax amount 13 which is correct but when I apply 13% on USD invoice with same amount then system is showing 13.07 which is incorrect. How can I resolve this issue ? Please guide.
