Description field for Item

Hi,

We have Description 1 & Description 2 to enter the description related to item in item master & that get reflected when we place purchase order for that item. I want to know is there any additional description field either at header or detail level which can be use to enter an additional description related to item while placing the purchase order and can we print this additional description when we run print purchase order program.
