Recover database/Roll forward database using cumulative incremental rman backup where database havin

Hi All,

I have faced a situation during a RMAN backup restore recovery scenario where I have full production database backup along with controlfile in dated 26-Oct-2016 and cumulative incremental backup without controlfile dated 31-Oct-2016 and I have to create a database in TEST env using these backups with different path and need to recover until 31-Oct-2016:23:55:06. I have restore full backup and try to recover database using until time but it asking me for archivelog of 26-Oct-2016 and not taking cumulative incremental backup of  31-Oct-2016. Can anyone please let me know is it possible or not  to recover the database using
