Hi Gurus,

Would like to ask any guidance on the scenario I am facing.

I am using the Open Interface Program to create a new Item instance in Install Base R12 but when Instance were created, the Warranty attached to it is not on the same OU.

Anyone encounter the same scenario? Any inputs appreciated, please let me know if further details required.
