Tracking Redeployment in EBS HRMS
Our company has a couple of business areas that will be closing down in the future, and an internal initiative to retrain and redeploy the employees wherever feasible.
As a result, we would like to track who the people are, which closure is affecting them, and a target date for leaving their current assignment.
We know we could set up an EIT or SIT to track this, however I'm wondering if there might be a better way?
Has anyone done this in Oracle EBS HRMS and would be willing to share their experience?
I'm asking as an HR business user.
