Can you tell me how you get out of "hidden accordion" view in Hyperion Planning forms?

    We have a user that is trying to enter comments into her variance form.  The form appears to look different than what she is used to.  The page shows that it is in the Hidden accordion panel.  The user is unable to see certain functions and would like to restore the forms to their original view.  We have verified that the user is using the correct version of JAVA and IE.  This appears to be the only user encountering this issue.  We have asked that they try on another PC to see if this issue continues but we are
