oakcli upgrade database failed

Hi,

we are in the process of upgrading 11g database to 12c in X4-2 ODA. ODA version is 12.1.2.8.0.

i believe the error is due to, Oracle is trying to use GRID_HOME as home. 

[root@enet-dr1 logs]# oakcli upgrade database -db utest -to OraDb12102_home1 INFO: 2016-11-22 11:53:55: Look at the log file '/opt/oracle/oak/log/enet-dr1/tools/12.1.2.8.0/dbupgrade_61175.log' for more details Please enter the 'SYS' password : Please re-enter the 'SYS' password: INFO: 2016-11-22 11:54:23: Upgrading the database utest.
