Hi guys!!

Do you have any idea on how can I source this requisition into PO?, it is stuck in the Sourcing workbench with this error "Customs duty is applicable and either customs duty rate code, or benefit id is missing". The order is from India, and have an item ID. Where could be the issue in the item? supplier?.

I appreciate your help!!
