Changing clusterinterconnect ip address

edited Dec 20, 2016 4:01AM in Oracle Solaris Cluster (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered

Hi all,

I am having a strange issue that i never had before.

So i am running solaris 11.3 with cluster 4.3 and want to change the cluster interconnects ipaddress  so that i can add one more node.

For the moment its only configured to connect 2 nodes and want to add one node.

So i shutdown the complete node and booted one node up to non cluster

whn i do clsetup i can change the cluster interconnects ip address

then at the last when its actually wants to change the ipaddress i am getting following error messages:

  /usr/cluster/bin/cluster set-netprops -p private_netaddr=10.0.1.0 -p private_netmask=255.255.255.128 -p max_nodes=2 -p max_privatenets=2

Howdy, Stranger!
