Hi All,

I have an oracle account and is based on my corporate email address.

However, since several years back I cannot receive email from outside the company. If I submit a service request tar, MOS will reply in my corporate email address which I will not be able to retrieve. My question is:

"Can I request to delete my old oracle account and replace it with a new oracle account based on my other or personal email address?" or can I just replace my contact email address only retaining my old oracle account?"
