Journal Approval Workflow

Hi Experts

I have received requirement from management  need to set time limit in journal approval workflow

Initiator--->1 st Approver (Time limt required) --->2 nd Approver (Time limit required) --> 3 rd approver (Time limit required) ---> Final approver (No time limit)

for example :After submitting journals from initiator reporting manger should take action (approve) with in 2 days

if no action taken from approver it should be escalate to next level (ie 2nd level) of approval . if second approver also not taken action with in 2 days

it should go to next level (ie 3 rd level ) .. no time limt for final approver (ie 4 th level)
