Carry Forward Of Open PR/PO Encumbrances to next Year

Hi,

I have Issue for carry forward of Open Encumbrances .

1. Example: All the periods are open since 2015 & now we are in 2016. When Am trying to close 2015 Year, I have all the open PR & PO for the year 2015 which will be received in 2016. Now am trying to close both 2015 & 2016. But facing some Issues for open Pr & Open PO's & Receipts

2. As per Note 144361.1 , I tried to execute the process but facing some Issues in carry forward.

1. Since all my Periods are open from 2015 & now we are in 2016.

When I try to close 2015 as per Note IdNote 144361.1 What happens to those Open Pr/PO/Receipts for 2015. does it carry forward to next yr
