Different output between responsibilities for same program

Hello,

We are running standard Trial Balance -Detail report for our secondary ledger. However, when we run this program from Support responsibility (complete access for support teams), the output returns a zero balance & is sync with balance of primary ledger.

However, when we run the same program from Accountant responsibility (which end - user use), the output shows a balance.

1) The parameters used in both cases were exactly same. (we ran it for only one entity)

2) We checked the profile options but did not find anything

3) Security rules were verified to see if it is restricting any entity. But the entity for which we are running is enabled for both responsibilities. Moreover, there is no security rule on natural account.
