hr_ex_employee_api.actual_termination_emp is throwing error "ORA-20001: A person type with a system

Dear Experts,

I am working on Integration (Fusion-EBS). For terminating an employee (programmatically) I am using the following API initially

hr_ex_employee_api.actual_termination_emp

This API throwing error as follows

ORA-20001: A person type with a system person type EX_EMP must be specified
