How to update the Asset Attribute value against Work Request Statuses

Hi All,

An Asset has Asset Attributes (DFF Context = Equipment Status Information), which contain a segment "Equipment Status" with following values; ( 1. Serviceable 2. UN-serviceable 3. Stand by).

Is it possible to update the asset attribute value on the following condition;

Condition 1: Work Request created against an asset, if work request status = Awaiting Work Order, then Equipment Status value should be changed to = UN-serviceable

Condition 2: Work Request created against an asset, if work request status = Complete , then Equipment Status value should be changed to = Serviceable

Kindly suggest how to achieve the above requirement.
