SRVCTL is not working after migrating from RAC to Non-RAC with ASM

Dear LEgends,

We have the below scenario

EBS - 11.5.10.2 DB - 10.2.0.5 RAC/GRID - 11.2.0.4

1. Migrated the EBS DB only from old server to new server

2. All the ASM files are migrated from old to new instance

3. Now we don't have the RAC enabled in the new server as this is Single instance  GRID Infra standalone

Now the issue is

1. SRVCTL is not working after migrating to new servers.

$ srvctl config database -d TEST

PRKR-1001 : cluster database TEST does not exist

PRKO-2005 : Application error: Failure in getting Cluster Database Configuration for: TEST

$ crsctl status res -t
