Preview Terms and DFF Display Required

Requirement is to get DFF details to be populate in the tabular format from the Short Rate details.

“We have custom functionality in the Contract Terms Tab of the Update Quote Page.
Our Customization is the we are capturing additional information of the Article in this DFF.
As part of the DFF, we have the Segment called Short-Rate, in this we are capturing the Values like "Attainment%" and Short Rate Multiplier%".

And the business requirement is that the user wanted to have these two values "Attainment%" and Short Rate Multiplier%" be captured and displayed on the Preview Terms report in a tabular format from the DFF segments values.
