Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Do we need to schedule the DQM Staging Program?

We are on R12.2.5 and interfacing customers from other system to create the Customers.

As soon as Customer Creation interface runs, the user goes and try to search the customer in the Customers HTML form but unable to search it.

What issue could it be? I found a note on this which says that once you submit the DQM Staging program, you will be able to search the customer.

This program is not scheduled in our instance.

Question is - Should we schedule this program to run every few mins? Please inform.
