Prerequisites for Inventory Valuation Report

Are there any pre-requisites before running the Inventory Valuation Report?

We have scheduled the Cost and Revenue SLA events to run every day (Draft Mode). This report lists few transactions for one of our Inventory Organizations and lists no records among other Inventory organizations.

Am wondering if there are other 'events' that's to be complete before this report is run?
