SYSADMIN entries in FND_LOGINS seeded/User-login?

We do not use SYSADMIN account for any activity on the applicatoins.

But we found many entries in FND_LOGINS by SYSADMIN account.

We have gone through the below IDs which says:

"When attempting to start / stop  "Workflow Notification Mailer" which is basically a java service, It uses SYSADMIN user to login by default. This causes a login entry in fnd_logins table

Its may not be possible to completely eliminate the SYSADMIN entries from FND_LOGINS as this is an expected functionality"
