Report on Opera PMS / Central system

Hi, Can someone let me know how to get a breakup of room rate, for instance in Opera PMS when a rate code is entered that includes few packages such as breakfast / airport transfer etc., we would like to find the rate for each component such as room rate / transport / breakfast charges along with taxes etc.,

we need the report in the following format:

Guest name Arrival date Departure date room rate F&B rate Transport rate Tax on room  Tax on F&B Tax on transport Total charge
