Error Creating Employee ERROR ORA-01403 FRM-40735 ORA01422

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi guys, the user am getting an error creating an employee for the first time

and it is a Pre insert trigger raised unhandled exception

can anyone help with this
