Failed Create New Reservation with Default Demand Source is Job or Shchedule

Hi, 

 

I have problem with create new reservation, it give us this error FRM-40735: WHEN-CREATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled excpetion ORA-01403. This error only occur with Default Demand Source is Job or Shchedule. Can Anyone told us what's wrong with this issue, please see attachment for more detail.
