Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Update Packages fail to install after 9.2.1.0 installed (UX One)

Hello,

I cannot install (deploy) any update packages on a Windows 7 SP1 64 bit fat client after tools 9.2.1 (UX One) installed on 9.2 App version.

The 9.2.1 full package that was installed on that fat client was fully successful without any issues

Update package was also successful

Logs show JVM related issue but some Java related troubleshooting was done without any avail.

PS: the same update package was successfully installed on an "old copy" of that Fat Client on which the new tools 9.2.1 was not installed !

Attached are this issue's logs & screenshots (OUI installer log & err + JDE.log)

Any body experienced the same ?
