Inifinite Loop "302 moved temporarily" Forms 12.2.1.1 with OAM / OID / WEBGATE

I Call the page with url : http://frdesc12.sakata.com.br:7777/forms/frmservlet?config=frdes12c i`m directed to OAM page to enter my credentials, after login shows RAD (resource Access Descriptor) Screen , on this screen i click on submit but there are many "302 Moved Temporaily." and browser stop the process.

Sorry , my english is not soo good.
