MES- Prompting users if they have not clocked out a job but try clocking into new job

We are using MES (R12.1.3) for service technicians to clock in/Clock out of non-discrete WIP jobs.

We have one general login for all Technicians to use the MES screen.They enter the job and clockin/out  their time against the Job.

Problem:

The users miss to clock out of the job and it creates huge resource cost of the Job in GL.

They dont know they have not clocked in untill Finance finds the GL cost being very high.

Example: The job was not clocked out for 2 months.

While clocking in to a new job,is a feature to prompt the users to  advise that they have already clocked into another job?
