impact of changing the DB password

Hi Experts,

I have Linux 7 OS platform. Oracle 12c RAC databases running on these Linux machines.

I am going to change the sys/system/dbsnmp database passwords. Please let me know what could be the impact of changing these passwords. And what are the things I need to check before and after password change to make sure everything running fine.

I also have few oracle 12c RAC database with data guard.
