How to create a menu function for "Run Request" form

Hello!

Please help me with the following issue. My objective is to call the "Run Request" form from a custom form and I need it to behave in a similar manner with the submission through the View (top menu) > Requests > Submit new request, meaning I need to be able to submit a new request and then refresh the JOBS window to monitor the request completion.

For this I have done the following:

1) defined a new menu function for "Run Request" form passing as parameters CONCURRENT_PROGRAM_NAME and  PROGRAM_APPL_SHORT_NAME

2) added the new function to the menu attached to the responsibility I am calling it from
