What should we consider to change the hostname of a webserver - weblogic 12c - with html instance?

JDE1 - E1 - WLS

Hello
I have a JDE E1 9.1 TR 9.1.4.6 installation running steadily.
We set up a new webserver (x86, S.O .: Win2012 R2, WLS 12c) and we need to change the name and IP to replace a current one that is productive.
What should we consider in addition to the change of hostname and IP?
